Every cap leaves our hands built to last. If yours arrives with a manufacturing defect, we'll make it right — no questions asked.

Coverage: Manufacturing defects only — stitching errors, hardware malfunctions, structural failures within 60 days of delivery. Not covered: Normal wear, improper care, or misuse.

Return shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Item must arrive in original packaging. How to claim: Email hello@vespyrn.com with your order number and clear photos of the defect. We'll respond within 48 hours.

EU Right of Withdrawal: If you're an EU consumer, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, no reason required. Submit your request through our EU Right of Withdrawal form. You'll receive an email confirmation once it's processed.
