Every cap leaves our hands built to last. If yours arrives with a manufacturing defect, we'll make it right — no questions asked.

• Coverage: Manufacturing defects only — stitching errors, hardware malfunctions, structural failures within 60 days of delivery.
• Not covered: Normal wear, improper care, or misuse.
• Return shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Item must arrive in original packaging.
• How to claim: Email hello@vespyrn.com with your order number and clear photos of the defect. We'll respond within 48 hours.
